Luckily, you don't need a plane ticket to shop for them, and one is just $7. These days, some of the best lip stains for no-fuss, long-lasting color are coming straight from Seoul, thanks to Tonymoly. All opinions are honest and my own. This post contains affiliate/referral link, which helps to support the blog, my full disclaimer here.On the long list of South Korea's many fine exports - including, but not limited to, sheet masks, pimple patches, and K-pop - are lip tints. If it won't break you out and you mind its scent, than it's worth a try, Otherwise, there are plenty of other Choosy lip masks to try.ĭisclaimer: This product was purchased by me with my own money. I know other Choosy lip masks that doesn't cause these issues, so I can use those instead. This Choosy lip mask in Fruit didn't work for me. Would I repurchase this in the future? Probably not. Since I thought Fruit was going to smell lovely. It also doesn't come with a pleasant scent either, which I found disappointing. It's going to take some time for the pimple to go away. It caused me some issues when it decided to cause a pimple above my upper lip. do not lick after use, doesn't taste pleasantįinal Thoughts: Unfortunately, this Pure Smile Choosy Lip mask was not kind to me so I couldn't like it. After that, I always find my lips to look a little more plump than before. I always remove the lip mask before the 2 hours mark because I don't like it when the mask on top of the lips becomes completely dry. The good thing is that it doesn't become unpleasant. I usually leave it on for about an hour because the edges dry faster. Keep it tight like that until it starts to feel a little tight and dry. Basically, after you apply the lip mask onto your lips, suck the air out of the space between it and your lips. Well the lip mask can do that on a smaller scale and it's quite safe too. Remember the rather dangerous lip challenge that was floating around the internet? It uses suction to create fuller/plumpier lips. Basically, I would wear the lip masks for longer than 30 minutes, when I do, it can add some plumpness to my lips. However, I do this from time to time with my other Choosy lip masks. Obviously, I didn't try this with these Fruit lip masks, since it caused me a pimple. There is a technique I like to use with Choosy masks to help plump up my lips. It sucks, because this is the first time it's happened with a Choosy lip mask. At first I thought it would go away, however, the next day it formed into a small pimple. It was fine during patch test but after I used it for 30 minutes I found it made an area on top of my upper lip red. Unfortunately, this lip mask in Fruit is just not for me. It does have some amazing extracts in its formulation, which is nice. The lip mask is moisturizing though and softens the lips too. Aside from the scent, I found that it also dries a little faster than the masks from the Pearl line. Like fruits turned sour kind of scent, totally not pleasant at all. I thought I would really like it since it's Fruit scented, however, the scent is just awful. My Thoughts: Out of all the Choosy lip masks I've tried so far, this has to be my least favorite. I have decided to leave out highlighting minor different ingredients, but you can always find a full ingredient list with each of my Choosy lip mask reviews. I've also done this with all my other Choosy lip mask reviews. The only differences are some of its main ingredients, which differentiate them from each other.
